The FSA hero who started it all - Hussam Eddine Armanazi, a med student who left everything to fight for Syria’s freedom and made the ultimate sacrifice - is pictured here with the first kitten to join the FSA. Hussam recognized that cats wanted to fight for freedom too and helped organize the first FSA feline battalion.
Texan cat Bastet supports her cat comrades in Syria fighting for freedom. Her close friend Austin Tice, a heroic American journalist covering the Syrian revolution, was detained by Assad forces and has not been heard from since. Americans and Syrians are united in their demand: FREE AUSTIN TICE

Some of you may know British MP George Galloway, a man who vocally supports both the Assad regime and Hezbollah. Our friends at http://akhyasouria.tumblr.com/ tipped us off that George Galloway is training to become a cat with the hope of infiltrating the FSA. Needless to say, he will only succeed at making us laugh.

Syrian kittens, just like the free Syrian people, demonstrate tremendous courage on a daily basis. Shrapnel from artillery fire by Assad forces shredded this kitten’s limb, yet she is still committed to the struggle for Syria’s freedom.
For the safety of humanity, please remember to neuter/spay your dictators. A dictator who had a blood-thirsty father will only try to exceed the scale of his father’s genocide.

Syrian National Council representative Yusef Meowsalot meets the Red Cross and Amnesty International in Geneva to begin war crimes indictments against the Assad regime.
Since the FSA has been capturing numerous Assad tanks, kittens have recently begun training for tank duty. Zainab (above) successfully completes her course on commanding a T-72.
